This Privacy Policy describes how Baha Gokce ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MyBridal mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address and authentication credentials.
- Photos: Photos you upload for the virtual try-on feature, including selfies and wedding dress images.
- Purchase Information: Records of credit purchases made within the App. (Payment processing is handled by third-party services; we do not store payment card details.)
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, including features accessed and actions taken.
- Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized data about App usage patterns to help us improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App's services
- Process your photos through our AI technology to generate virtual try-on results
- Process transactions and manage your account
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Face Data Usage (Biometric Information)
MyBridal does not collect, store, save, or retain any type of facial data or biometric identifiers.
When a user uploads a photo, the image is processed temporarily to generate an AI dress try-on result. The facial data contained in the image is used only for this single operation and is automatically deleted immediately after processing is completed.
We do not extract, store, or retain:
- Facial landmarks
- Facial templates
- Embeddings
- Facial measurements
- Biometric identifiers
We do not use uploaded photos for AI training or any secondary purpose without explicit user consent.
4. Photo Storage and Processing
Your photos are stored on secure cloud servers only for the purpose of generating virtual try-on results. Photos are not used for training AI models or for any other purpose.
Photo Deletion: When you delete photos from the App or delete your account, your photos are permanently removed from our servers. You may delete your photos at any time through the App interface.
All processed AI output images and original input photos are deleted automatically after processing if the user chooses not to save them.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use third-party services for cloud storage, payment processing, analytics, and AI processing. These providers have access to your information only to perform services on our behalf and are obligated to protect your information.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Protection of Rights: We may disclose information to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of our users or others.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Photos are retained until you delete them or close your account. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal information and photos within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.

For EU/EEA Residents (GDPR):
The legal basis for processing your information includes your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
