eSignly is designed as a privacy-first app for creating signatures, adding text, and signing PDF or image documents on your device.

We respect your privacy. Your documents, signatures, photos, and edited files are processed locally on your device. eSignly does not upload, store, read, or access your documents or signatures on its own servers.

2. Information We Process Locally

eSignly may process the following information locally on your device:

• Documents you import into the app
• PDF and image files you edit or sign
• Handwritten signatures you create
• Text annotations you add to documents
• Photos you select for creating a signature
• App settings and preferences

This information remains on your device unless you choose to export, save, or share it using iOS sharing features.

3. Documents and Signatures

Your documents and signatures are not sent to eSignly servers. They are stored locally on your device and may be protected using device-level security features.

When you export or share a signed document, the file is shared only through the method you choose, such as Apple Files, Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or another app.

4. Photos and Camera Access

If you choose to create a signature from a photo, eSignly may request access to your photo library or camera. The selected photo is processed locally on your device to extract the signature.

eSignly does not upload or store your photos on any server.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

eSignly offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Subscription status may be processed through Apple and RevenueCat to determine whether premium features are active.

6. Analytics

eSignly may use analytics services, such as Firebase Analytics, to understand general app usage and improve the app experience.

Analytics data may include non-personal information such as app opens, feature usage, subscription events, crash-related information, device type, operating system version, and general performance data.

We do not use analytics to collect the content of your documents, signatures, photos, or signed files.

7. Third-Party Services

eSignly may use third-party services for limited purposes:

• Apple App Store: subscription purchases and payment processing
• RevenueCat: subscription status management
• Firebase Analytics: app analytics and performance insights

These services may process limited technical or purchase-related information according to their own privacy policies.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We do not share your documents, signatures, photos, or signed files with third parties. Files are shared only when you explicitly choose to export or share them.

9. Data Retention

Documents, signatures, and edited files are stored locally on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.

Subscription and analytics-related data may be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, or Firebase according to their own retention policies.

10. Children’s Privacy

eSignly is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Security

eSignly is built to minimize data exposure by processing documents and signatures locally on your device. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any files you export or share.

12. Your Choices

You can:

• Delete documents and signatures from the app
• Manage app permissions in iOS Settings
• Cancel or manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Disable analytics permissions where available through your device settings
