1. Service Description

eSignly allows users to upload documents, create handwritten signatures, add text, and sign PDF or image documents on their device.

2. Privacy and Local Processing

eSignly is designed as a privacy-first app. Documents, signatures, and edited files are processed locally on the user’s device. eSignly does not store, upload, or access users’ documents or signatures on its own servers.

3. Subscriptions

eSignly offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features, including unlimited signatures, document signing, and export/sharing features.

Subscription options may include weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. The available plans, prices, trial availability, and subscription durations are shown in the app before purchase.

Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions in their Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for the documents they import, edit, sign, share, or export using eSignly. Users must ensure that they have the legal right to use and sign any document processed in the app.

5. Legal Validity of Signatures

eSignly provides a digital signature tool. The legal validity or enforceability of a signature may vary depending on the laws of the user’s country, region, and the type of document being signed. eSignly does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a signed document will be legally valid in every jurisdiction or situation.

6. Prohibited Use

Users may not use eSignly to create, modify, sign, or distribute documents that are unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or that infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

eSignly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every legal, business, or personal purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eSignly and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or legal disputes arising from the use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
