Definitions Application: Summize is a mobile application that summarizes YouTube videos and is available exclusively on the Apple Store. Service: Features that transform video content into short and clear summaries. User: All individuals who use the application.

Use of the Service • By using Summize, you must comply with YouTube's and other platforms' terms of use. • The application can only be used for legal content. Summarizing copyrighted content through unlawful means is strictly prohibited.

Subscription and Payment • Summize offers users a free trial credit, which can be used to experience the app's features. • Premium subscription fees are charged through the app in accordance with Apple Store policies. • Premium payments are non-refundable. Users have the opportunity to evaluate the app's features using free trial credits before making a purchase.

Disclaimer of Liability • Summize does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the summaries provided. • The app reserves the right to discontinue the service or restrict user access at any time for any reason.

Changes This agreement may be updated at any time. Updates will be announced by changing the last updated date.

Use of Data • To provide and personalize the service. • To improve user experience. • To resolve technical issues and provide user support. • For marketing and analytical purposes.

Data Sharing Summize may share user data only under the following circumstances: • In cases of legal obligation. • With third-party service providers solely for the purpose of delivering services.

Payments and Refund Policy • Summize offers a free trial credit for premium subscriptions. • Refunds are not available for premium subscriptions. Users have the opportunity to test the service with the free trial credits before purchasing a subscription. • Payments are processed exclusively through the Apple Store and are subject to Apple's payment policies.

Data Storage and Security • User data is securely stored to prevent unauthorized access. • Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery.

Changes The privacy policy may be updated at any time. In the event of an update, the last updated date will be modified accordingly.

Subscription and Payment

Summize offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Summize Weekly — 7-day subscription • Summize Monthly — 30-day subscription

The exact price for each subscription is displayed in the app on the subscription screen and may vary by country/region. Prices are charged in your local currency through your Apple ID.

Auto-Renewal • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Cancellation You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy: https://support.apple.com/HT204084
