Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Gkc Technology Elektronik Ticaret Limited Şirketi as the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). This policy explains which data is processed, and why and how.

Data We Collect

The following data may be processed within the Service: account information (authentication identifier, email), the vehicle images you upload and the content generated from them, generation/transaction history, credit and subscription status, device and usage information (device model, operating system, app version, anonymous usage statistics, error logs), and your support requests. Your payment information (card, etc.) is processed directly by the App Store/Apple; the Company does not access this information.

Purposes of Processing

Data is processed in order to perform the image/video generation you request, manage your account and your subscription/credits, keep the Service secure and continuous, prevent misuse and fraud, improve the Service, and fulfill legal obligations.

Legal Bases

Personal data is processed on the legal bases of the establishment and performance of the contract, the Company's legitimate interests, the fulfillment of legal obligations, and, where necessary, your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5). Where applicable, the relevant legal bases of the GDPR also apply.

Third-Party Processors and International Transfers

To provide the Service, we work with trusted service providers (processors): Google Firebase for authentication, database, push notifications, device attestation (App Check), and core analytics; RevenueCat for subscription and purchase management; Microsoft Clarity to measure app usage and performance (including session analytics); Meta (Facebook) for advertising measurement and campaign performance; artificial-intelligence service providers for image/video generation (e.g., FAL, EachLabs, Wiro, BytePlus, Kling); Cloudflare R2 for file storage and delivery; and Apple for app distribution and payment. Because these providers' servers may be located abroad, your data may be transferred internationally for the purpose of providing the Service, and you are deemed to consent to this transfer. The providers process the data solely to provide services to us and under their own privacy policies.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

We use analytics and advertising tools to improve the Service and measure promotional campaigns (Firebase Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta). In this context, in-app interactions, session information, and device identifiers may be processed. Your advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for cross-app advertising measurement only if you grant permission on the iOS App Tracking Transparency screen; if you do not grant permission, your advertising identifier is not used for this purpose. You can change your permission status at any time in your device settings.

Retention Periods

Data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the statutory retention periods set out in applicable legislation. When you close your account, your personal data — other than that required for legal obligations and legitimate interests — is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. However, no transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.

Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 (and the GDPR where applicable), you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information, to request its correction/deletion, and to exercise the other rights set out in the legislation. To exercise these rights, you may contact us at the address below. Your requests are answered within the periods prescribed by the legislation.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at persons under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we become aware that we have collected data belonging to a user under 13, we delete that data. Users under 18 must use the Service under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

Changes to the Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The updated policy takes effect the moment it is published within the App. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
